Stone Lake’s Legendary Sports Bar & Gentlemen’s Club

Once a standout destination in northern Wisconsin nightlife, Sunset Strip brought together two very different vibes under one roof — a laid-back rustic sports bar by day and an energetic gentlemen’s club after dark. Located along Highway 27 in Stone Lake, Wisconsin, this local bar was known for its welcoming atmosphere, rugged up-north charm, and unique blend of entertainment for both locals and travelers alike.

Step inside and you’d find a classic up-north bar scene with a stunning slab-cut bartop, pool table, dart boards, gaming machines, and plenty of space to grab a cold drink and catch the game with friends. On weekend nights, the energy shifted — the room came alive with talented entertainers, a lively dance floor, and the kind of playful fun that made Sunset Strip a go-to stop for both locals and visitors.

Reviewers described the place as gorgeous with great drink specials and friendly staff — a spot where you could hang out without pressure in the bar area, or enjoy the more spirited side of the club when the evening picked up. 

The club closed down in late March of 2023.
